Stop me if you've heard this before, but an illegal alien ... from India ... with a California commercial driver's license ... just made the news.
But at least this time no one died!
He's merely charged with stealing a $3 million shipment of lethal tungsten powder. That's all.

Deepak Kumar has been arrested in the past, the DHS told The Daily Wire, "for fraud, swindling, identity theft, forgery, and larceny."
A perfect candidate to be a big-rig driver on American highways?
Here's the New York Post on the heist:
The controversy follows the arrest of Kumar, a 31-year-old Fresno trucker who Pennsylvania authorities say was caught hauling 10 pallets of stolen tungsten oxide powder valued at $2,857,500.
The shipment belonged to Mitsubishi Materials Corporation and was scheduled for pickup on June 24.
The pickup was delayed by one day, but company officials raised the alarm after they could no longer reach the driver on Friday, June 26.
Investigators tracked the truck the next day using a Flock camera system.
According to the arrest record, Kumar presented officers with three forms of identification: an invalid work visa, a fraudulent New York State license and a valid California driver's license.
Whoa! Congratulations to Flock for actually tracking down a criminal this time!
Kumar remains in ICE custody in California at this time (until some judge orders him to be freed, of course).
