According to local reports, the man in the video is the same individual who attacked two Manchester cops in 2020 when they asked him to put on a face mask, then shouted he'd "kill all white people."

While that is unverified, this duckling-killer DOES look similar to Abbas Hussaini, and Abbas Hussaini is apparently quite well known in the local community.

It is highly illegal to snap a duck's neck in a British park. The Wildlife and Countryside Act of 1981 provides up to six months imprisonment for such an offense.

The Animal Welfare Act of 2006, meanwhile, allows for up to 5 years in jail, especially for cases where a person causes "unnecessary suffering" to the animal (the updated Animal Welfare Act of 2021 added even more penalties).

Unfortunately, we are unlikely to see any police statements or investigations in the matter.

The police are too busy chasing down Brits for mean tweets!
