18-year-old Nowak was killed on the streets of Southampton in December 2025 by a Sikh man with a ceremonial knife he was legally allowed to carry under a religious exemption (yes, migrants can carry knives but not British citizens!).
When police arrived, the Sikh stabber accused the victim of racism. Police then handcuffed NOWAK and left him to bleed out on the sidewalk while he repeatedly told them he had been stabbed.

Weeks later, amid major international outcry, Nowak's killer Vickrum Digwa was found guilty of murder in court.
Here's more from the BBC:
Digwa, 23, told Southampton Crown Court he had acted in self defence, claiming the teenager had used a racist insult, punched him and knocked his turban off.
However, the jury rejected this defence and found him guilty of murder.
Digwa was also found guilty of carrying a knife in public and his mother, Kiran Kaur, 53, was found guilty of assisting an offender.
Digwa's mom was found guilty for assisting in the crime by taking the murder weapon from the scene and hiding it in her home.
According to the prosecution other family members assisted in covering up the crime, as is typical among many migrant communities.
Meanwhile, what do the police have to say for themselves after arresting the victim, ignoring his pleas for help, and letting him die?
Robert France, temporary deputy chief constable for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Constabulary, apologised for arresting Nowak in the moments before he died.
He told the BBC: 'This was an extremely complex investigation and actually the scene itself was extremely complex when officers arrived.
'They were lied to in the 999 call by Henry's killer, they were lied to as they arrived at the scene and we know that as a result they didn't understand what had happened for several minutes and that is an absolute tragedy.'
Those "several minutes" could very likely have been the difference between life and death for Henry.

Other witnesses contradict the official police report, saying more than one person placed a 999 (emergency) call and that the cops took Nowak's phone - and his dad's - to check to see if they were guilty of wrongthink.

If only "racism" wasn't considered a more serious crime than stabbing by British authorities.
Sentencing for Digwa will take place on Monday. His mother will be sentenced in July.
