Yes, this dude hasn't paid rent since January 2025. Now, 28-year-old Anthony Orozco, who neighbors claim they've seen "obviously" high on drugs, is doing stuff like this ๐
Banging on doors with a hatchet while wearing a dress (peephole footage is nightmare fuel).
Lurking in the hallways in a pink thong, no pants, no shoes, enthusiastically touching himself.
Waving knives and metal rails at residents.
Stealing people's packages.
Breaking people's Ring doorbells.
Turning on all the stove burners to fill his apartment with gas, then casually smoking a cigarette.
Then the fire department shows up, shuts off the gas, and he just ... turns it back on.
