Those "ladies" (it feels vile to use that word in association with such bloodsuckers) are Ashley Rojas, Abril Rios, and Lena Weissbrot. They each have Substacks about the trial of Luigi Mangione, who is charged with shooting the former CEO of United Healthcare, father and husband Brian Thompson, in the back in a cold-blooded assassination on the streets of New York City in 2024.
Unlike normal people, who can be upset at the absolute mess we've made of our healthcare system (thanks, Obama) without assassinating people, these women are giddy about the fact that Thompson was killed. It seems there is no end to the throngs of liberal women who will demand you not misgender someone in one breath, then profess their love for accused murderers in the next!

(That last post is not hyperbole, sadly.)
Even Mangione's lawyer knew to distance him from the lunatic fangirls. Per the New York Post:
Mangione's lawyer Karen Friedman Agnifilo said: 'These individuals do not represent the views of Luigi, nor the tens of thousands who have shown their support from around the world. The only people who speak for Luigi are his attorneys. We condemn these vile and irresponsible statements that have no place in the discourse around these cases.'
The absolute state of things.
