In St. Louis in 2023, the staff of a Starbucks store went to literal fisticuffs with hooligans that attacked them.

And they got fired for it.

I love, love the employee that they interviewed. He had the facts straight.

The robber went behind the counter and shoved a female employee to the ground.

They tussled a little to defend themselves, and when they found out one robber's gun was fake, then the whole store jumped in to beat their rear-ends.

It's actually one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time.

Now the fired baristas are firing back.

Here's Fox 2:

Both suspects were not only caught by police but are now in prison after robbery convictions ...

Harris hired attorney Ryan Krupp.

'You have the right to self-preservation. You have the right to make sure that you and your family to not be physically harmed - full stop,' the attorney said.

Krupp says Starbucks' response could lead to a deadly outcome in the future.

It'll be interesting to see where this lawsuit goes.

As for me, I like coffee shops where the baristas (and the patrons) are all allowed to carry.
