After the election yesterday, it appears that Spencer Pratt has forced a runoff with incumbent mayor Karen Bass.

You would imagine this lead is safe for Pratt, finishing second to Mayor Bass and leaving the more radical left candidate in the dust in third place. But with California's mail-in voting open for infinity, it's no guarantee.
