In what can only be described as an unimaginable horror story out of Phoenix, Arizona, a mother reportedly killed her two children before turning the gun on herself — hours after allegedly shooting at her husband and the woman he was with outside a local bar.

According to police, 38-year-old Andrea Clarice Davis drove to Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill in Glendale just after midnight on Monday. She opened fire on her husband of 12 years, 39-year-old Nolan Davis, and a 36-year-old woman accompanying him. The other woman was struck in the back of the head as she tried to flee in her car. She was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

After this:

Andrea Davis then drove home and texted her husband to say she was going to hurt their two young children — sending him a horrific image of one of them bleeding from the head, police said.

The dad told the cops with him at the scene of the bar shooting, who scrambled officers to the couple's home in Phoenix, about two miles away from the bar.

There cops found the bodies of the mom and her kids: Austin, 10, and 18-month-old Andolan.

A friend of Davis told local media that the mother had been "tormented" by suspicions that her husband was cheating with a co-worker. The suspected relationship "completely made her lose her mind," the friend said, adding that Davis had been open about struggling and asking for help.

I'm in no way excusing Andrea's behavior here, but this is a great example of what can happen when you turn on your wife and embrace sin (if that's what really happened).

Pray for the relatives of this family. Come quickly, Lord Jesus.
