Go to a baseball game, they said. Record TikToks instead of watching the game, they said.

That's Jamie Golla, who was enjoying a Friday night at T-Mobile Park in Seattle when a foul ball from a San Diego Padres player's bat smacked her in the skull. It looks like she wasn't in the worst shape, but she probably was hurting pretty bad with a big ol' goose egg on her dome.

Golla told The Post on Saturday, "I'm feeling a little better than yesterday. My head is still a bit swollen, and I've been getting minor headaches here and there, but overall I'm doing okay. I didn't think this video was going to blow up. I appreciate the people who have been checking up on me."

Oh, and get this: Because the night wasn't cursed enough, after leaving the hospital the group decided to ride Lime bikes to another bar. That's when another friend, Natalie, took a tumble and broke her front teeth.

😬😬😬

The Mariners, to their credit, actually acted like decent human beings. They checked on her, followed up with doctors, and even offered the group tickets to come back for another game.

And I'm sure they reminded the ladies that when the pitcher's dealing and you're in the vicinity of those 100 mph foul balls, you gotta kinda, you know, keep your eye on the ball.
