One of the dumbest things I've ever seen right there!
It's one thing (a dumb thing) to run from police after allegedly getting caught speeding. It's another thing to also not have your license. And it's a whole other crazy-ridiculous thing to do this while your toddler is in the car!
This seriously happened though.

With her handcuffed, he says he clocked her going 80 miles per hour when the speed limit is only 55. The driver says she tried to get away because she doesn't have a license.
'That's why you ran from me? You ran from me because you don't have a license? You almost killed your kid, do you understand me?' the trooper says.
Fortunately, the kid seemed to be okay and was released into custody of another adult (who hopefully has a license). Mom now faces charges of reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a minor, among other things.
