I suppose I'll continue not to get the flu shot!
For now, this new Moderna mRNA flu vaccine is just for those fifty and older, though I'm sure everybody else will get on board soon. 😉

The shot, known as mFlusiva, was given traditional approval for adults aged 50 to 64, and accelerated approval for those over 65, the pharmaceutical giant said on Wednesday.
Moderna has agreed to run an additional study and submit further data on those over 65 in a bid to demonstrate the vaccine's benefit for that age group.
See, it's both safe and effective!
The approval was based on data from a late-stage trial involving more than 40,000 adults aged 50 and older, which found that the shot was 26.5 percent more effective than a licensed standard-dose flu vaccine.
Yes, this is the same technology that brought you the COVID vaccines. No word yet on whether this one comes with fatigue, headaches, muscle pain, or that whole myocarditis situation like the Fauci Ouchie did.
