Police have not identified the man who was killed, saying only that he was in his 30s.

The Madison Police Department said in a news release that its officers were responding to calls that someone was stealing bicycles and checking vehicle doors in the city's Marquette neighborhood. The man fled from officers on a bicycle, traveling through backyards to get away, the department said, before officers encountered him again at an intersection.

At that point, the man resisted arrest. Madison PD released this pic of the knife they say the guy pulled on officers:

These situations are always horrible. A man was killed, and the officer has to live with that decision, even if it was justified.

I won't show you the other video angle, but here is a screenshot showing the moment the cop pulled his gun.

Oh, did y'all catch the female cop who timidly waddled up to the scuffle while yelling "Taser, Taser, Taser"?

That's just a tidbit for you to reflect on.

As you might expect, the Left is already using this as fuel to try and reunite the riots of 2020.

So to sum up how reality is now a series of SNL-skit stereotypes, a black guy accused of stealing bikes was shot by police when he pulled a knife on them, an overweight female cop tried to help by yelling "Taser," and liberals are protesting in favor of the perp.

Reality is now just a modern Wayans Brothers movie.
