What an embarrassment.

How in the world does someone make it to Congress and not know the name of the president during World War 1? It's not a trick question.

Woodrow Wilson got America involved in World War 1 and pushed a world "Safe for Democracy." He is one of the most well-known and significant presidents in U.S. history.

Not only that, but his progressivism is the heart of the modern Democratic platform, which is why he is routinely ranked as the worst U.S. president according to conservatives.

(He was the one who started taxing our income, among many other things.)
