Well, this happened in the UK last week.

So, uhh, according to reports, last Thursday, John Stephenson, a 50-year-old strongman, hauled the two-ton police car a staggering 131 feet down a residential street in Halifax, West Yorkshire, using nothing but, well, his manhood. He did this after being set on fire because why not?

He believes he's the first person in the world to achieve this particular feat of phallic engineering, and he did it to raise awareness for prostate cancer.

Ummmm ... congratulations?

From that the New York Post:

‘People think I'm a bit mad, but I like to set myself challenges.'

He said he'd done research and no one in the world had ever made such an attempt before. But it was all for a good cause.

‘There is a serious side to it too: I'm raising awareness of prostate cancer and bullying in schools,' he said.

It hurt quite a bit, Stephenson recalls, but he did tell reporters that "everything is intact."

Glad you're raising awareness for prostate cancer, risk factors which include "obesity, family history of cancer, plus factors like high blood pressure, lack of exercise and being taller than average."
