Well, 26-year-old Welshman Leon Gillespie was brandishing a blade, so there's that. And I suppose he did seem to be dressed as the Angel of Death (though he says it was simply a "crow costume").
I also suppose he perched himself atop Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital in Denbighshire, long blade in hand, making noises down toward visitors and staff as if to say "you're next."

Four police cars would arrive, along with the fire service, and eventually convinced our guy to come down.
Gillespie would later plead guilty to causing a nuisance without reasonable excuse on NHS premises. He would receive a £200 fine for his silliness.
The police tell us Gillespie was at the hospital for reasons,
[O]ther than for the purpose of obtaining medical advice, treatment or care, caused, without reasonable excuse, a nuisance or disturbance to a National Health Service staff member who was working there or was otherwise there in connection with work, and refused, without reasonable excuse, to leave the premises when asked to do so by a constable.
On top of all of this, Gillespie was also charged with stealing cat food and litter from a local pet store.
If you're standing atop a hospital dressed as the Grim Reaper on a beautiful June day, you're probably a crazy cat person.
