Yes, a lefty-controlled Supreme Court in Wisconsin struck down an affirmative action-style race-based grant program in their state.
Why? Because the United States Supreme Court just ruled on this, and the libs on the courts didn't want to get smacked down on the national level.
Justice is being restored.
