Connecticut man Steven Nelson, a Norwich Free Academy teacher and coach, apparently snapped when one of his students said it one too many times.
WFSB reports,
According to the arrest warrant released on Thursday, Nelson thought the victim was not working hard enough and fooling around while he was on a stationary bike at practice on Dec. 30.
The victim said in the documents that Nelson instructed him to increase his speed from 30 revolutions per minute to between 60 and 70.
That's when the student said ‘Coach, six-seven.'

And I mean blammo, the kid reportedly suffered head trauma and a concussion.
Parents who knew the coach couldn't believe it.
Lisa Zeppieri has a son on the NFA wrestling team. She said the allegations against her son's coach are hard to believe.
‘He is mild-mannered, he does not have a hot temper. He is so supportive of the kids,' said Zeppieri.
Nelson was charged with third-degree assault and one count of injuring a child.
