As a reminder, these types of crimes will stop the moment that we have the testicular fortitude to do what needs to be done to stop them.

It's exceedingly easy; you just have to have a spine.

Horrible stuff, but it'll barely be a blip in the news because this kind of stuff happens MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, EVERY DAY.

In April, Haitian man Rolbert Joachin was charged with running up to a Bangladeshi immigrant named Nilufa Easmin outside a gas station in Fort Myers, Florida, and smacking her repeatedly in the face with a hammer.

[Warning: Censored, but still violent]

Joachin, who entered the U.S. illegally in August 2022, was supposed to be deported that year, but the Biden administration stepped in to keep that from happening.

Acting Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis of Homeland Security had this to say:

'Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him Temporary Protected Status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life.'

Now, Joachin is charged with the murder of Julia Curvo in January.

Curvo was reported missing for nearly two weeks. Just 28, she had struggled with substance abuse and was often bouncing from house to house. She loved music, and had a TikTok channel dedicated to her work.

When her body was found days after her death, police discovered she had been strangled with a bandana and left "partially clothed" under some brush along Hough Street. The body was only found because of a "foul odor" due to decomposition.

In February, her family begged anyone in Fort Myers to help them find her killer.

Here's a quote from local outlet WINK at the time:

Julia had been missing for 10 days. The Fort Myers Police Department said she was last seen near Fowler Street. Her grandmother, who lives in Naples, tried calling her for days but received no response. 'My mother had already attempted to contact her multiple times, and was getting no response at all. Phone calls going to voice or directly to voicemail, text messages not appearing to go through,' said Mark.

No one could find a suspect because transient Haitian hammer murderers don't tend to have ties to the local American communities where they pick their victims.

Despite that, police did manage to locate Joachin and interviewed him, but because Biden had granted him temporary protected status, ICE couldn't detain him without formal charges.

From Gulf Coast News Now:

Police interviewed Joachin on Feb. 5, during which he denied killing Curvo. On Feb. 27, a woman left a tip with Crime Stoppers, saying she knew where Curvo's phone might be located. Investigators said they were unable to reach the tipster until March, when she revealed that Joachin had confessed to the killing in a nearby park.

On March 26, police interviewed Joachin again, took his phone, and asked Immigration and Customs Enforcement to hold him. However, due to his temporary protected status as a Haitian, he was released two hours later.

'Probably during their investigation at that time, they didn't have enough to arrest him. To that end, they were, in essence, trying to use ICE as sort of a protection,' said attorney Michael Raheb, who reviewed the court documents.

Just a week later, Joachin was filmed attacking Nilufa Easmin.

This is a picture of Julia and her father, Mark, when she was young.

Could you imagine going back in time to warn them that the president of the United States would let violent foreign criminals roam free, and that she would be strangled as a result?

Because these crimes were committed in Florida, the death penalty is an option and state prosecutors have filed a motion to that end.

If convicted, putting the execution on live TV as a warning for every migrant would be a good idea.
