A Colombian man came through Biden's open borders, set up shop in America, got on our roads, and reportedly killed a dad because he was driving drunk at 5 PM on a Friday.
This was a 100% preventable death.
Here's WTOC:
Deputies with the sheriff's office Traffic Unit responded to the scene shortly after 5 p.m. Investigators say a Ford Escape driven by 27-year-old Deiby Janamejoy Jansasoy was traveling north when it crossed the center line and struck a Chevy Silverado driven by 47-year-old Michael Sharpe.
Deputies said Sharpe was trapped inside the vehicle and had to be extricated by fire crews. He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries.
Jansasoy was also transported to the hospital, but investigators say he attempted to leave before being discharged.
He tried to escape custody at the hospital rather than pay for his crimes committed while illegally in the country.
Jansasoy was given a final deportation order in April, but I guess he stuck around a little longer to ruin a few more American lives.
Jansasoy is charged with homicide by vehicle in the first degree, reckless driving, DUI, failure to maintain lane, and driving While unlicensed.
The sheriff's office said that because Jansasoy was arrested before the investigation was complete, additional charges may be added or amended as the case continues.
The sheriff's office also noted that Jansasoy is wanted by ICE for deportation.
I'm just glad this didn't happen in New York or Chicago, because the alleged killer would already be back on the streets and ICE wouldn't even be informed he was ever arrested.
