This unhappy fellow is upset, and you can see why.
His 30-years-younger Latina girlfriend, who arrived in the U.S. three years ago and had an expired visa, got detained by ICE.

A supporter of President Donald Trump said he is disappointed in the current administration after claiming his fiancée was taken by a group of ICE agents without explanation.
John Gannon, a Republican and Texas businessman, told CBS News that his fiancée, Yasmin Suarez Reyes, 45, was arrested by eight U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at the international airport in Houston last month. The ICE agents allegedly 'swarmed' her and 'rustled her off into a car' with 'no explanation,' Gannon, 75, said.
Here's an interview with Mr. Gannon that aired on CBS:
I don't want to poke too much fun at this man, but beyond wealthy white boomers who want to keep the border open so they can date migrant women who are young enough to be their daughters, I am not sure who he hopes to drum up sympathy with.
The liberals are laughing at him for getting what he voted for, and the conservatives are laughing at him because they specifically voted for this.
Here's some important info, so don't scroll past this next bit:
The Department of Homeland Security told People that Reyes "lawfully entered the U.S." in October of 2023 and "illegally overstayed her lawful admission, which expired on January 19, 2024" (emphasis added).
And while Reyes had an application in to the government for asylum, DHS was quick to point out:
Pending applications do NOT confer legal status.
In other words, her status in this country was, to put it simply:
Mr. Gannon did vote for Trump. And Trump did run on a platform of reducing illegal immigration in this country.
Not only that, but Trump is lawfully and equally applying the law regardless of how it affects his supporters. Deporting the illegal girlfriends of his voters shows he isn't playing favorites and is upholding justice!
So this guy absolutely did get what he voted for, even if he is too distracted by his young Venezuelan girlfriend to realize it.
He won't be fooled a second time, however:
He added that he would not vote for Trump again, 'not after this fiasco,' adding, 'This is like the Gestapo.'
My friend: Trump can't run for a third term anyway! 😂
