Op-ed: Let's talk about TMZ turning its sights on DC politicians, and why that's a good thing

TMZ is a celebrity tabloid.

But lately, they've turned their sights towards Washington during the partial government shutdown.

But TMZ wasn't done. They are determined to embarrass any and every DC politician who is not doing their job.

Some more examples:

We're about to get hearings on TMZ, aren't we?

There's nothing Swamp Creatures hate more than being exposed for their swampiness.

Those with nothing to hide seem fine with it, however:

Yeah, the TMZ guys are libs. Duh. But they're still doing the Lord's work here.

Yesterday, British tabloid Daily Mail also exposed former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's husband (on top of her alleged affair with Trump's former campaign manager) and it was pretty salacious stuff.

But the Swamp is the Swamp, and it all needs to be cleaned out and exposed.

TMZ wants your photos of congressmen on vacation, people!

As long as it's not partisan or one-sided, this is exactly the kind of transparency the people deserve from DC.

Give them what they want.
