Dude was allegedly following women around the DoubleTree near the Miami Airport on Sunday night ... with his pants down ... masturbating.
Not only that, but when the women rushed to their hotel room and locked the door, 33-year-old John Spillman was apparently still committing his act of indecent exposure right outside their door.
Hotel security staff say they discovered Spillman on the sixth floor with his pants around his ankles. He was arrested around midnight.
Spillman was in town to provide security to the president as he attended the PGA Cadillac Championship golf tournament, and was off-duty at the time.
Chief of Police of the Secret Service, Richard Macauley, released a statement:
We are aware of the arrest of an off-duty Secret Service officer by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office. The alleged conduct is unacceptable and stands in stark contrast to the professionalism and integrity that I demand of our personnel. This agency takes these matters with the utmost seriousness; consequently, the individual has been placed on administrative leave pending the results of this criminal matter and a complete and thorough internal investigation.
