My favorite bit of that video is where assistant health secretary Dr. Brian Christine "misgendered" Richard (AKA "Rachel") Levine:
Under the previous administration, my predecessor Richard Levine promoted what he called 'gender-affirming care' for minors. There's nothing caring about that. These are sex-rejecting, mutilating transgender procedures promoted by the Biden administration.
The Wolves In White Coats report does exactly what the name suggests: it shows how doctors acted like wolves in sheep's clothing to devour young people who were struggling with routine mental health issues that all teens deal with - worries about their self-worth, questions about their identity, and turbulence caused by puberty.
Instead of treating the most vulnerable and most needy children with compassion, counseling, and care, doctors literally cut off their genitals.
A few key points from the report:
Over $50 million in insurance claims for "puberty blockers" were billed for kids aged 13-17 from 2021 to 2025 during Joe Biden's term. One of the drugs used to stall puberty is Lupron, a drug used to chemically castrate sexual offenders.
$120 million total has been spent on puberty blockers and surgical procedures for CHILDREN since 2019, "encompassing over 5,500 surgical procedures and 8,500 courses of hormones or blockers"
About 225 hospitals nationwide have started pediatric "gender" programs.
The average medical cost for raising a child is $3,000. Once a child is given puberty blockers, hospitals can expect to make up to $75,000 from the "treatment" of that child. This number jumps to $100,000-$170,000 once the child has been given surgery to remove genitalia or make their bodies look more like the opposite sex.
This model mirrors treatment of chronic disease, but in this case, creates dependent customers out of "physically healthy minors who would otherwise have generated negligible lifetime revenue."
Mount Sinai Medical Center in NY and Boston Children's Hospital made the most money out of butchering kids, making $8.2 million and $6.5 million respectively from 2019 to 2023.
Hospitals purposely misused diagnostic and procedural codes when they billed insurance companies for these procedures in an effort to hide what they were doing so insurance would be more likely to pay for the butchery of kids.
Stare directly at this quote:
In an era of razor-thin pediatric margins and pressure on hospital reimbursements, this new patient cohort — young, insured or Medicaid-eligible, and requiring perpetual follow-ups — represented a strategic area of growth. Endocrinology and surgery departments gained volume and prestige, while hospital administrators gained a reliable revenue line that helps subsidize lower-margin services.
Vice President Vance:
So many of these people got rich, not by actually doing what was best for the patient, but by actually mutilating these kids. It was disgraceful. And if someone broke the law, we are going to hold them accountable.
To this end, JD Vance sent the following letter to the U.S. attorney general to request formal federal investigations into these doctors and institutions:
