Is it bad that I just automatically assume this lady is on drugs? I mean, it is Seattle.
Local news reports tell us it is "unclear how the driver ended up on the tracks," so possibly the news reporters and the authorities are also on drugs (you never know; it's Seattle).
Reports also tell us the driver was a 70-year-old woman, and that she was immediately transported to the hospital in stable condition (drugs?). Fortunately, around 8 p.m. they were able to tow the vehicle back down the tracks and get it back on the, you know, road.

The lady caused a two-hour delay in the Sound Transit's 1 Line light rail service, and the city was able to use shuttle buses to transport citizens in the meantime.
Moral of the story: Don't ever go to Seattle.
*Also, there is no mention of drugs in any reports I've seen. I just felt like being silly today.
