What do you do when a Loony Toon breaks the law?

Unless, of course, it's just some guy in Oregon who legally changed his name to Loony Toon.
Then you have to call in the real cops.
According to KOIN, Toon (aka John Franklin Kolb) got pulled over by Milwaukie police.
When the cops told him to step out of the car after finding an outstanding arrest warrant, Toon backed his vehicle into the police car, rolled over a tire spike strip, and led police on a high-speed chase while firing a gun out his window.

Toon got 20 years for his hijinks, which will include concurrent sentences for charges he faced in Washington, Benton, Yamhill, and Columbia counties.
βThat's all folks,' Milwaukie Police Department said in a statement Thursday. "Milwaukie Police would like to acknowledge and affirm the Clackamas County Court's decision today on sentencing for Loony John Franklin Kolb Toon.'
