Gone are the days of the U.S. just sitting idly by and letting the United Nations run roughshod over everyone. So says the State Department.
Do you realize how big this is? It's a massive policy shift!
In a press release, the U.S. State Department not only acknowledged the UN's ongoing policy to replace the populations of Western nations with migrants, but criticized it:
The United States has persistently objected to the United Nations' efforts to advocate and facilitate replacement immigration in the United States and across the broader West. In 2017, President Trump rejected the Global Compact on Migration. The intervening years have confirmed the wisdom of that opposition.
For years, the UN has been on record promoting "replacement migration" as a "solution" to the world's "population problems." You have been called a conspiracy theorist if you noticed this.
As reported by PJ Media, while the UN has found willing collaborators in previous administrations, that is no longer the case:
The State Department press release cited Secretary Marco Rubio's emphasis on the disasters caused by previous administrations' pro-mass migration policies, which 'threaten[ed] the cohesion of our societies and the future of our peoples.' Rampant crime, a deadly drug overdose crisis, high native-born unemployment, a housing crisis, and rigged elections are some of the consequences of the Biden-Harris open borders catastrophe.
