It's finally happening.
If you aren't familiar with WPATH, you should be.
This organization had its fingers in ALL the pies. They are the source of the policies, from public schools to the Biden White House, that pushed transgender insanity on the masses.
I don't have time to explain in detail (and let's be honest, you aren't going to spend more than 5 minutes reading this article), so here's 3 headlines to summarize who they are:
In short, WPATH was the "expert" health organization behind the push to trans the kids. Hospitals across the country used them as an authoritative voice to justify their "gender-affirming" programs.
They are the entity behind the lie that "trans kids" will commit suicide unless they receive puberty blockers, hormones, and genital removal surgery.
Tens of thousands of children, to say nothing about adults, have been mutilated because of WPATH's faulty and fraudulent research.
In April, another major study added to the growing list of evidence that transing the kids hurts their mental health. If that is not enough, a study claiming that "anti-trans" laws in conservative states caused kids to attempt suicide at higher rates was just debunked.
This is important, because Trump signed an order in January 2025 to block federal funding from healthcare institutions if they perform gender operations on kids.
Now, with the science increasingly on their side, the Trump admin is going for the jugular of the trans cult.
From the lawsuit:
The Federal Trade Commission, along with Alaska, Iowa, Nebraska and Texas, today filed a lawsuit against the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), alleging the organization has provided the means for medical providers to make false and unsubstantiated claims to parents in order to sell pediatric medical transition services.
WPATH, an association of clinicians who profit from pediatric medical transition services, recommended medical interventions, including drugs and surgery, for children and adolescents who expressed dissatisfaction with or distress about their sex traits. In their complaint, the FTC and its state partners allege that these recommendations misled parents and children about the medical consensus and medical necessity, as well as the safety and effectiveness, of such services, in violation of the FTC Act.
"Harry Potter" author JK Rowling, who has made protecting women and children from predatory men the singular focus of her public advocacy, knows how important this is.
Pay attention to this one.
