This wasn't some joke of a viral video. Aiden Avtgis, team lead at ReMax Infinity, was literally filming a promotional video for a house in Forest Hills near East Cleveland last Thursday when a car pulled up and shots rang out nearby. Fortunately, Aiden had the instincts to get inside and out of harm's way.

According to police data, there were two shots-fired calls on this same street over a recent weeklong period. But don't worry — the news tells us it's still a "quiet residential street lined with family homes." The "quiet" part apparently just refers to the moments between gunfire.

This is real life ... If you're investing in these areas, I think ... you need to be aware of the consequences of what can happen. It's tragic, what's happening, and something needs to change.
