The chaos wasn't just limited to Kentucky, as local news reports:

Multiple tornadoes touched down in Ohio and Kentucky during Tuesday's severe storms.

So far, the NWS confirmed a tornado in Owen County, Kentucky, based on video and radar evidence. Later on Wednesday, tornadoes were also confirmed in Brown, Clermont and Clinton counties in Ohio.

According to the NWS, the tornado that hit Owen County also hit Gallatin, Grant and Carroll counties, with a path over 20 miles long.

Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported.
