For quite some time, we've been tracking the exploits of the miserable Virginia prosecutor, Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Steve Descano.
Among his undertakings Descano has been doing his best to permit mentally ill sex offenders to have access to children...
....while he has also ignored warnings about dangerous illegal immigrants and even released one illegal immigrant from custody after the immigrant was accused of groping underage girls.
We were happy to see this really intolerable person get roasted in Congress a few weeks ago:
And now we're pleased to see the Department of Justice announce that it's taking action against Descano along with several other dangerous Virginia politicians:
Today, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones, and Commonwealth Attorney for Fairfax, Virginia Steve Descano challenging their unconstitutional attempt to regulate federal law enforcement officers by criminally prohibiting federal officers from wearing masks, requiring individual identifiers, and functionally banning cooperative [agreements] with numerous local law enforcement agencies dedicated to helping enforce this nation's laws.
This is huge, y'all.
Not only is Steve Descano being sued here, but Virginia's equally awful AG Jay Jones, the one who wants his opponents' children dead, is at the center of the lawsuit as well.
Virginia's top cops all seem to be more interested in aiding and abetting criminals than they are in enforcing laws.
Unless those laws are meant to make the jobs of federal officers impossible.
We'll see if this lawsuit forces the corrupt Virginia politicians to fold.
