The failed (cheated?) Republican candidate for mayor of Los Angeles put out a video today, now that he is unshackled from election rules, promising to bring out the big guns in what he is calling a "war" and "phase III" of his campaign to expose the corruption.

Hey morons, I didn't get in this for political power. I got in this to expose this corrupt machine and nothing's changed. You enjoy your worthless meetings in City Hall ... I'm going to be lighting you up every single day and now I don't have to worry about offending CNN viewers. I don't have campaign laws hamstringing me now.
