An Asian immigrant bought a house in Portland, but he was preparing it for "rehab," or renovations. When he finally was ready to begin work, he found tens of thousands of old tires all over the place and squatters had broken into the home and graffitied it.
If that isn't peak Portland, I don't know what is!
Just imagine 1.2 acres, 75% filled up, with like 10-foot-high stack.
