So in Washington State if you're a non-binary male substitute teacher apparently you're just allowed to enter the girls' locker room whenever you feel like it because you're a pervert entitled to it.
You heard that right, at Klahowya Secondary School on Kitsap Peninsula near Seattle, parents are furious after a male substitute PE teacher named Zachary Simmons was allegedly permitted inside the girls' locker room. Why? Because he "sometimes considers himself non-binary."

Zachary dresses like a man, looks like a man, talks like a man, walks like a man, has a girlfriend, and presents as male on Facebook. Photos going back years confirm it: Dude's a male, no debate. But on certain days β apparently the ones when middle school girls are changing β he allegedly taps into his fluid gender magic and boom, locker room access granted!
Only in Washington, folks!
Multiple parents, teachers, and students have reported this. Yes, according to them, this "non-binary individual" was allowed to sit in an office inside the girls' locker room. Dude's allegedly just sitting there within eyeshot of 12-year-old girls getting dressed and undressed.
Nothing to see here!
One 12-year-old female student says she just didn't change when Mr. Simmons was in the girls' locker room. The girl described him wearing jeans or cargo shorts, T-shirts, and long-sleeve shirts. No feminine anything except the long hair. Her parents, of course, were furious. And they want their daughter to continue refusing to dress when he's around and let the school call them if there's a problem with that. Sad reality out in Washington!
Oh, the school district's response? They didn't confirm the non-binary stuff but claimed he was in there during first period when the locker room "was not in use." Once they heard of the "miscommunication," they switched to a different staff member.
Title IX?
Biological reality?
In Washington, apparently feelings are greater than facts.
