This most recent Singh is now facing charges for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and hit-and-run resulting in death. He allegedly tried to get away on foot after the crash. ICE has a detainer on him, which is great, but it would have been even greater if he hadn't been allowed to operate heavy machinery on American highways in the first place.
