If "Ring Around the Rosie," is any indication, kids love to take a deadly tragedy and turn it into a fun game.
By that logic, turning the RMS Titanic into a fun amusement park ride makes perfect sense!
But the Graveley Farm in Hitchin, Hertfordshire (that's England), is taking a lot of flak online for their Titanic ride, which requires one ticket per wreck. 👇
Watch it in action:
Andy Taylor wrote on Graveley Farm's Facebook page: ‘I'm sorry, but this is one of the most distasteful, disrespectful and strange attractions for children.'
Claire Borchers added: ‘So odd to have a children's ride themed around one of the worst tragedies in history.'
According to The Sun, the farm initially caved in to the online onslaught and changed the name.
But their actual, real-life customers asked them to change it back.
A spokesperson for the farm said: ‘We did get some criticism at first, and we did change the name.
‘However, we then got considerably more people telling us not to give into the woke brigade so we changed it back.
‘Titanic has become almost a byword in the English language and there are no survivors, or children of survivors alive today.'
The moral of the story is never cave in to online outrage.
